* Silver purity (925 or 999) is clearly stated in each listing.
* Weights may vary slightly as many items are handcrafted.
* Images are for illustration purposes — colours may vary depending on screen settings.
* Items above 7.78g are hallmarked in the UK in accordance with UK Hallmarking Law.
* Items below 7.78g may not carry a UK hallmark but will meet the purity stated.

 

3. Pricing

* All prices are listed in GBP (£).
* Prices include VAT where applicable.
* Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
* Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

 

4. Orders

* When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
* Acceptance of your order occurs when payment is approved and your item is dispatched.
* We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

You can return your item within 14 days if:

* In original packaging
* In original condition

Non-returnable items:

* Pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings) for hygiene reasons
* Items showing signs of wear or damage
* Bullion coins or investment-grade silver (due to price fluctuation)

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

 

8. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

* Contact us within 48 hours with photos

All content, images, branding, and product designs on this website belong to Silver Ornate.
Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

 

9. Liability

* Damage caused after delivery
